Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the booking of tattoo services with Alex Moro Tattoo, operated by Aleksandr Morozov ("Artist", "we", "us", or "our").

By using this website, submitting a booking request, or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking Requests

 

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.

All requests are subject to review and approval. An appointment is only confirmed after the project is approved and a deposit is received.

2. Deposits

 

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your appointment time and cover preparation and design work.

​

Deposits:

• Reserve your appointment date and time

• Cover preparation and design work

• Are non-transferable to another person

• Are applied toward the final session cost

 

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or changes made by the client.

Each appointment includes one reschedule if requested at least 7 days in advance.

If you reschedule more than once, cancel late, or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.

3. Pricing & Estimates

 

All pricing and time estimates are provided as guidelines only.

Final cost may vary depending on factors including placement, size, detail, skin condition, session tolerance, and design changes.

Hourly rates and session pricing are subject to change over time. Previous pricing is not guaranteed for future sessions.

4. Payments

​

Payment is due at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, and card.

Card payments are accepted; a 3% processing fee applies.

All payments are final. Due to the nature of tattoo services, all payments are final once the service has been performed.

5. Design Policy & Intellectual Property

 

All tattoo designs are custom and created by the Artist.

Designs are typically prepared shortly before the appointment. Minor adjustments can be made on the day of the session.

Major design changes may require additional design time, billed at $400/hour, and may require rescheduling.

All artwork and tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of Aleksandr Morozov.

Designs may not be copied, reproduced, shared for reuse, or tattooed by another artist without explicit permission.

6. Artist Rights

 

The Artist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary, including but not limited to:

• Projects that do not align with artistic standards

• Unsafe skin conditions or health concerns

• Inappropriate behavior

• Failure to follow instructions or policies

7. Client Responsibility

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health.

You must inform the Artist of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin issues.

By booking, you confirm that you are legally eligible to receive a tattoo and are at least 18 years old.

8. Appointment Conduct

 

Clients must arrive on time.

Late arrival may result in reduced tattoo time or cancellation of the appointment.

Excessive lateness or no-show will result in loss of deposit.

9. Healing & Results Disclaimer

 

Tattoo results vary based on individual factors, including skin type, placement, lifestyle, and aftercare.

No guarantee is made regarding exact healed appearance.

One free touch-up may be offered within the first month if needed.

Touch-ups are not guaranteed and do not apply in cases of poor healing due to improper aftercare, sun exposure, picking, or other external factors.

10. Aftercare

 

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

The Artist is not responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare.

11. Photography & Portfolio Use

 

The Artist may photograph completed tattoos and use these images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including on the website and social media, as part of the Artist’s professional portfolio and marketing.

12. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Artist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from tattoo services or use of this website.

Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service.

​

13. Website Use

 

We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The website may contain links to third-party platforms, which are not under our control.

​

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

​

15. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
